Cari Covent, Founder
Cari is an accomplished cultural and digital transformation leader. As the former Head of AI at Canadian Tire Corporation, she led the development and implementation of a data and AI strategy, enablement and adoption for Automation and Artificial Intelligence resulting in revenue growth, increased employee and customer engagement and productivity gains. Cari has a successful track record in developing a partnership ecosystem including start-ups and academia to drive innovation, shared learnings, and leading practices to create value.
